This is a tablet edit of an inked piece I have done which is based on the amazing #1 Sept 1982 cover by Frank Miller. I simply love the cover and wondered if that cover was done today.
The piece is slightly wider than A4 and was done with markers and finished off with black indian ink!
How could you show how bad ass Wolverine is without being to harsh on the original and amazing 1982 cover. You can get away with more these days I guess compared to back then.
I must also say that this has been done out of respect to the original cover. All I have tried to do with this is bring it up to date.
