The Premium has game, limited figure, art book, soundtrack and sticker. A premium version was like a limited edition where you got extra's. If you paid more you were greated with high quality as a reward to fans! This was never released outside of Japan ever so is regarded as Metal Gear Solid 2's Holy grail :)
