This oil painting is based on the DISTURBED ASYLUM COVER but what makes this piece stand out from other versions on DA is that I tweeted this painting to @DAVIDMDRAIMAN on twitter and asked him what he thought of it! He stated "VERY COOL"

In another tweet to @DAVIDMDRAIMAN I asked if I could do his and the bands portraits, which he replied "GO FOR IT" so watch this space

I've honestly never heard of the band, but when I saw the painting it reminded me of the Marvel Comics superhero Moon Knight, who is one of the more clearly disturbed heroes ever created. But I like it also because of it's macabre sensibilities that appeal to my own dark side hehe

I have shown this painting to the lead singer of the band on twitter and he amazingly replied "VERY COOL". I always thought that this was also similar to SPAWN!

I showed this to the lead singer DAVID DRAIMAN on twitter which he repied "VERY COOL".
I also aksed him if I could do his and the bands portraits which he said "GO FOR IT"
